Your organization must be nonprofit, with 501-C3, IRS status and serve the community in such areas as education, health, welfare, charity, safety, or service.  Commercial or, For-Profit Enterprises are not eligible.

Information must be submitted two weeks in advance, on a one-page, typed notice of your event.  Please include the sponsoring organization, the benefiting organization, description, location, date, time and cost of the event.  A telephone number must be included that may be used by the public.

The event must be: 

• Non-Denominational
• Non-Partisan
• Non-Controversial  

Religious announcements may not recruit new members, and colleges and universities may not encourage student enrollment. 

Acceptable messages include:

• Public Community Events 
• Informational Seminars 
• Cultural or Educational Fairs and Exhibits
• Benefits for Nonprofit Organizations 

Unacceptable messages include:

• Class Reunions 
• Anniversaries 
• Missing Persons 

All selections are based on community-wide appeal.  There is no guarantee that your submission will be publicized.
