I'm getting my interviews ready for the MDA Labor Day telethon. I interviewed an eight-year-old boy who is has muscular dystrophy. He is a sweet young boy with a difficult start to life.
His adopted parents told me he was abused as a toddler and put into the foster care system. He was then diagnosed with MD. A lot for a little boy to handle. He was adopted by his parents when he was five years old along with his younger sister.
His new family has changed his life and he says he's thankful to have them.
You can watch his story during the MDA Labor Day Telethon between 7 and 10 p.m. Sunday. Join us!
