Good morning everyone- hope you are having an awesome week.
This week we started our Good Morning Kansas show at 4:30am. We used to start at 5:00. Our morning routine has been moved up a half-an-hour. Research is showing people across the country are going to bed earlier and getting up earlier. What about you?
Here are a few tricks I have for making my routine as quick and efficient as possible. Obviously I get up around 3am so, I don 't like wasting sleep time. First lying out my clothes at night is essential, including shoes and jewelry. I shower at night and wash my hair, plus blow dry it so, in the morning I don't have to do as much. I take my breakfast bar and ice tea with me and eat it at work.
If you have a trick for getting rid of puffy eyes early in the morning please let me know. That's one thing that I can't seem to fix. ha ha.
