Hello everyone, hope your Tuesday is going well!  I'm writing today about getting the giggles on air.  Oh yes, it happened today.  Here's what happened off camera during commercial.  A woman coming for an interview stood behind the set.  She didn't realize she could be seen on camera.  Our camera operator was yelling at her trying to get her to move.  She couldn't hear him.. He quickly stormed over to her and grabbed her arm.  She was caught off guard and quite frightened.  Now, this may not sound funny but, if you were there it was!  Of course we come right back on camera.  I could feel the laughter wanting to explode so, I just let it go.. Instead of going through the entire story with the viewers I just said I've got the giggles and we'll move on.. Thank gosh the first story wasn't a sad one. 

This is the worst feeling, remember when you would get the giggles in church.. The more you thought about it the more you wanted to bust out laughing.  It happens to us too sometimes on the news desk too!
