Every where I go parents are talking about the H1 N1 vaccine.  Should they or shouldn't they get their children vaccinated.   I've read numerous stories and watched numerous reports and I still don't know what I'm going to do.  So, let me hear what you think...

Have a great week!!

I think your readers and the listeners of Kake who are interested in good health would be interested in a report on Vitamin D. There is an epidemic of Vitamin deficiency in the US. Optimal levels are much higher than recommended levels. Check here first http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/ there is a lot of information regarding this. I really enjoy your broadcasts. Thanks for putting so much effort into your stories.

How much does the h1n1 flu shot cost? I have never heard that question. I am one of the many who have other problems so I need to get the shot. I can't take the nasel spray, I need the shot, but have never heard how much it will cost.

I think the best thing to do is to ask your doctor if he/she thinks you should get it. I am planning on getting the shot.

I don't have kids, not going to do it for myself. I think we over vaccinate children too much. Just my personal opinion
