People are traveling from all over the country to attend Michael Jackson's memorial service.  If you are my age, which if you don't know I'm 36 years old and graduated from High School in 1991, then you know how big he was while we were young.  When I was about a 4th-6th grader, going to Colby Grade School in Northwest Kansas, I loved Michael Jackson. This is when he first started to breakout and get really big. I had posters all over my bedroom.  My brother and I would stand by the pictures and pretend we were next to Michael and take pictures of each other. I know how GOOFY. He would be so embarrassed if he knew I was blogging about this.  I wore one glittery glove to school just like Michael, I wore shoe strings in my tennis shoes that said *I love Michael Jackson*.  I had a Michael Jackson jacket that I wore on school picture day.  Oh yes, I was a dork.

My love for Michael Jackson faded over the years.  By the time I was in Jr. High my love was Rob Lowe. Ha Ha.. but, like most people you couldn't help but, love Michael's music. I still do.

Have a great week everyone!!
