Lets talk about stress relievers for busy moms.. What do you do to slow down and smell the roses.?  I'll pass on somethings that have worked for me and please share your ideas too!!!!

I really DON'T get stressed about the small stuff.  I just don't!  If the house is a little messy sometimes well, so be it.  I would rather play outside with the kids or go to the park.  I usually clean on Sunday so, if it gets a little out of order before Sunday, well that's just how it's going to be. Ha Ha..

For dinners I usually bake a lot of fish or chicken  and make things in the crock-pot., steam some veggies, make some rice or potatoes.  The kids usually like a little fruit with their dinners too.  We have dinner ready in about a half hour!

What really works for me is deciding my priorities!  My kids are going to be young only once so, I'm going to try and enjoy EVERY second of it.  When they grow up and move out I guess I will have plenty of time to have a perfect house. Ha Ha..
