Q. What are your hours? 

A. I get in around 2PM and check out around 11PM. Now that you know, please don't rob my house.

Q. Do you write all of your material?

A. No. We have a staff of very intelligent producers to handle that task. I'm not nearly as funny without a script.

Q. Is Susan Peters really that small?

A. Yes.

Q. Is Jay Prater really that big?

A. He is like Kansas.  Bigger than you think.

Q. How much money do you make?

A. I'll let the Wichita Eagle answer that question.

Q. If you didn't anchor the news, what would you be doing?

A. Working at ESPN.

Q. Favorite thing about KAKE?

A. The people. Most talented team in the market.

Q. Least favorite thing about KAKE?

A. Not enough people.

Q. Where did you grow up?

A. 429 Ranger Haysville, KS.

Q. Biggest interview?

A. Barack Obama and Dennis Rader.

A. Susan Peters.
