Ok, it's that time of year again. Spring means back in the yard and flower beds. Every year I struggle with the decision of which mulch to use. Everything I put down either blows away, floats away or fades away. I put the really good, expensive stuff down last year. I love how it looked for about two weeks, then it turned a grey ugly color. I want whatever the city uses around its trees. It's bright, but not too bright, it's thick and it seems to stay in place. I guess I'll call the parks department and find out what they use.
