Deputies Make Daring Rescue

Listening to the Sedgwick County Sheriff's deputies who pulling a man from his burning truck was amazing. The described the heat, the smoke and their passion for their job. Each risked their lives, without thinking twice, to save another. I know it's what they do, but wow! I often wonder, what if I came on an accident like that? Would I be able to save someone?

I think the Sheriff said it best. "These deputies are heros." He said he wonders if he, the sheriff, would have taken the same steps to save the driver?

Anyway, it just made me think... we are very blessed to have people like that who are willing to step up and risk their lives for others!
