Snow and Crazy Drivers

OK, so what's up with Wichita when we get just a bit of snow? How many accidents can one small city have in one day? I know we're all in one big hurry to get where we're going, but seriously, I think everyone needs to just take time to get there alive. I saw a live report from Seattle. They got a couple inches of snow. The city shut down. That's OK, they're not used to it. We, on the other hand, are used to it. So, the next storm we get, I hope that everyone slows down so we don't have to worry about accidents.
