I had a chance to chat with the UFC President, Dana White about an array of topics, UFC 104, Cold Stone and the direction of the UFC. Not knowing quite what to expect in the interview I found Mr. White to be laid back and have a good sense of humor as well as honest and open in regard to athletes in the UFC and the early rough days of the UFC itself.
